The Avalon East Senior Hockey League (AESHL) is a competitive senior men’s ice hockey league based on Newfoundland’s Avalon Peninsula. It features community-based teams that battle through a regular season and playoffs for the league championship. The AESHL moves on to compete for provincial honours, including the prestigious Herder Memorial Trophy.
